You ordered far too much?

Your satisfaction is particularly important to us. Despite of our high quality standards, errors, especially human errors, cannot always be excluded. After receiving your parcel, please check the outer packaging for damage and the goods for external influences such as coarse wrinkles or moisture.

Also contact us if the order quantity is incorrect, the colour is wrong or there are quality defects within the hide. Before making a complaint, please bear in mind that leather is a "natural product" and that small colour deviations from batch to batch, defects at the sides (stronger exposed belly of the animal) such as holes, scratches or deviations in thickness can occur. Of course, we would like to support you in your project in the best possible way and ask you to exactly state what is wrong with the hide in your opinion and what are your wishes, so that we are able to carry out an exchange as smoothly and satisfactorily as possible.

In addition to the legal right of revocation, which you are entitled to if you have ordered goods as a consumer (information on the right of revocation), we will of course take back our articles simply and uncomplicatedly, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • You have received the goods no longer than 14 days ago.
  • The goods are not cut, painted or crumpled.

The best way to return the goods is to use the shipping package used by us or a comparable alternative in order to avoid damage. Please do not fold individual leather hides too small.

If we sent you wrong articles by mistake, you can of course send them back free of charge. In this case we will be happy to send you a return label. Please contact us.
